Synopsis

Uxbal is a single father of two children, who while being a devoted father, maintains a healthy relationship with the mother of his children whom he is separated from. His ex-wife is manic, depressive and an abusive mother.  He had turned to criminal activities and is forced to deal with his life in order to escape the heat of crime in underground Barcelona.

But even though he stepped into the realms of illegality, he differentiated from the rest by showing some dignity.

His entire world is ripped apart when he collides head on with a calamity yet for which he tries to find a spiritual insight.  What happens next is though brutal but is also biutiful!
